I actually prefer older service providers. They know how to really treat their customers in many different ways. DDD also has a good location, mildly hidden, but just a little too far south for me, which makes it a longer ride. Nevertheless I do try to stop there a few times a year. I call ahead but don't ask for anyone in particular since I have always left with a smile on my face.
