These pics that most sites use are from a few formats. A- beauty filter app, B- photoshop, C- just their representation of the girls, which IMO is the worst of all. Although I have never seen a 100% real pic the closest of the 3 is the beauty filter app. Because the base, the foundation of the face is still represented and the app will lighten the skin, make certain features stand out more. These features are done from the all or can be custom setting that the user can adjust. Anything from age, eyes, nose, lips, chin, cheek bone and shape of the face.

Let me tell you, out of all the spots that I have been to GDS is closest in terms of using the girls pic and adding a beauty filter.
