@Anonajohn I received the same news. I'm not sure if it is the same girl or even the same source. I tried to steer them away from this town but I don't know if they are proceeding.
Was going to post the same advice as Bchang.. why in the world would anyone even consider opening a FS shop in CH? First rule of locating a Spa is the same as all boring RE Brokers tell you, it's "location, Location, location..." There are very few Spa tolerant areas and to move to a place like CH is just plain crazy and guaranteed to be shut down..
I was in Cherry Hill a few weeks ago passing through. I saw numerous "Asian Spas" on 70. There was a lot of construction and traffic was at a standstill. I was tempted to pull off and detour for an hour because as was mentioned, there was no way women are visiting these places. I suspect they are minor extras that are offered to repeat customers. But nothing that would warrant them to be too busy. In this case, the big head won over the little head and I battled traffic to get home.
