I've been waxing for a couple years now and I go to a Chinese place. Seems like they just go right in and start waxing without any preparation to the skin and then after they really don't follow up with any kind of skin treatment.
Seems like I always have a lot of bumps and ingrown hairs. My question to anybody that is willing to share where is a good place to go in the Philly burbs where they actually take care of your skin before and after waxing? Any input would be much appreciated, thank you in advance

I was thinking about checking out Ming’s in jersey for my first waxing. My biggest fear is the irritation and ingrown hairs, I have pretty sensitive skin.

I found a place that does waxing for men in the upper bucks area. Totally legit and very professional but does a really nice job. Educates on how to take care of the skin afterward also. I'm not going to post the information on the public forum so if you are in need of that service just send me a message and I'll be happy to pass it on to you

How anyone voluntarily tolerates having their hair ripped out by the roots is beyond me. Particularly in the absolutely most sensitive and vulnerable areas of the body.

First time is pretty rough after that it gets better and it's really not that bad. Plus you feel better very quickly if you find a place that will give you handjob or b****** after the waxing. I find that the benefits from having that done are well worth the journey. Asian women love when everything is smooth. They will definitely do more things to you when you are smooth and clean. But as you said it's not for everybody.

I see Gerry Christopher in Ambler. She's the only one I could find that waxes men. I was a bit uncomfortable the first time but she puts you at ease before she goes ripping and running.
