I received a text from an unknown number seemingly from another monger looking to book an appointment with a k-girl in my area.

The strange part is that I received it on my personal number, and not my google voice burner.

I only use Voice to msg POs and do not have the accounts linked, notifications off. Anyone have theories how this happened?

Google your personal number & see if it shows up anywhere. Maybe your number is one number off from a k-org & he mis-dialed. One hell of a coincidence, but never know

Ask for selfie, work info, DL, 2 references.
you can call the number anonymously or do a reverse lookup.

For one, you can find someone’s personal number associated with google numbers. DM me your google number and I’ll prove it to you. You’ve had to have had your number for more than a year to do it.

Second, I remember in my younger days, I would be so curious what other mongers were into this hobby and so I would memorize the incoming calls or caller ID on the girls phones (back in RB days when a lot answered their own calls) I had ways to do reverse phone lookups and find out their names and majority had LinkedIn profiles. I didn’t do anything with it, but it was just fascinating to a 22 year old. Lot of well-off folks. Many in high positions. Many with families. I think I may have called one as a joke with my buddies at that time.

The policy is constant change for security, now in cloud space the numbers can change as soon as the account is established now simplex voice is good text is no longer required
Your information is protected by world-class security. You can always control your privacy settings in your Google Account

One of the businesses I own is in the data aggregation business. There are aggregators out there that pretty much pull from both public, private, hacked, etc data stores that index and relate the information.

Like I said, you’re google must have been around for at least a year for it to work.

The secure environment is now server-less the data is not for you to see unless you have permission to do you usually 2 or 3 factor authorization

Private (with access)
Public (is open)
hack(not legal)
the idea is minutes for data to be static not a year, also strong encrypted for stored data, the data is always moving, sex is the way also

just use one of those free yellow book-like services, see if your real name and the phone number is out there with a search engine. also, don't be an idiot and give out your information to people over the interwebs.
