AMP Reviews
  • You asked and we delivered! AMPReviews now provides the option to upgrade to VIP access via paid subscription as an alternative to writing your own reviews. VIP Access allows you to read all the hidden content within member-submitted reviews AND gives access to private VIP-only forums in each city. You can upgrade your account INSTANTLY by visiting the Account Upgrades page in your own user profile and using a valid credit card to purchase a subscription. You can get to this page by clicking the link in any review, by clicking the red "See the Details Now" banner on the home page, and by clicking the Purchase Private Details link in the navbar at the top of every page

Welp, this site has just been rendered useless for me now.

I’m fine with them charging whatever they want as long as my reviews give me full access.

If they take my reviews and then charge me to see other reviews then f*** that, screw this site

I personally do not mind them charging. But come on $30 for a month? And plus there is no private or anonymous payments either if this site gets raided or something. This is maybe the best site to find a lady these days.

Sometimes, less is more. The access structure generates a huge number of reviews that are repetitive and many of those appear to be fictional. The volume of reviews for certain places may also draw unwanted attention. With the current access structure one cannot even ask people not to submit duplicative reviews that add no useful information.

So what do you suggest?

I myself like the structure of the site, as there should be some reward for providing info. And I think you get what, 30 days access per review? That means all you have to do at minimum is go to, and review, one place every 29 days....that's not asking for much.
