An international section would be a good addition. With each country having their own section. There are questions asked about overseas location in local forums which isn't beneficial at times for information. And Jimmy, are you also open to other suggestions on things to add on the forums like features?

We could just have an International section with only a discussion section to create a thread for a country. When anyone wants to add a different country a thread can be created for that specific country. I really don't think there would be enough discussion of different countries to warrant a separate section for each country.

Update: Washington DC now has it's own forum. Georgia is now on the map, with a number of subsections primarily Atlanta and suburbs of Atlanta.

Just so everyone knows, new geographic areas will be at the top of the forums list on the homepage for the first 90 days then they'll be moved down.

On the way is Maryland broken down into it's main subsections, Connecticut, and Virginia.

What else am I missing?

By the way, major update to the site coming. Most of it will improve site stability and background stuff, but there will be a handful of tweaks to enhance the user experience as well. One of those being better search functionality, which has been asked for here more than once. Well, it's coming.

So, speak up mongers!! If there are geographic areas in the US that are still sorely represented and have an awesome and vibrant AMP scene, lay it out there for me. As someone said on another thread, it's not time consuming to add forums. The only complexity is getting the custom review form attached to the review forums. Again, not time consuming. The only delay before was my extended absence. The only other reason we would hesitate in adding a geographic area is that we want to be relatively certain we would get enough activity to make it valuable for readers. A hopping AMP scene doesn't necessarily mean everyone is gonna find this place and start prolifically sharing all their experiences. Yes, you gotta start somewhere but then again a dead forum or a forum with only a few posts doesn't send a great message to a brand new person who stumbled on to this site looking for intel. They might go to their town and find very little info and move along to never come back.....so that's a consideration although a very minor one because it does take time to build a wealth of information and something is better than nothing at all.
Please add Michigan!

Admittedly, I’m disgustingly behind on adding forums where they are desperately needed and communities have been begging for them and surprisingly patient in waiting for them.

So again, here’s to new beginnings :)

I know Florida but is there a consensus on how to break it down? Should I change Orlando to just Florida until the forums are added?

Also, with the nuclear situation in San Fran with mass bannings and ‘don’t mention this or that’ (excuse me while at laugh at that again, but frankly it’s not funny at all) there is talk of some forum division needing to take place. So let’s discuss that too…..

Where else do we need to be???
Michigan: Detroit, Lansing, Jackson, Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo

I wouldn't mind a Maine section. We've got folks up here. The AMP quality is lacking, but not for lack of customer base.

If not ME, then a New England section sans Boston would be welcome.

If there were a waay to break down the level of service, i.e., rub and tug vs. FS place. I'm looking for a good massage with a HJ. Hard to find/ requires a lot of sifting through review.
