Going thru a little of a rough patch and was wondering what helps yall last longer. Thinking about taking something but not to sure

Many years ago I did Kegals and then tried to push down, like peeing, before ejacualtion, and it stopped me from releasing. After years of concentration to last longer, now I have to concentrate to finish earlier, because lasting longer is automatic. If not, I could last for hours. Same here. Once I get used to the feeling, I can go for quite a long time. I have to decide when it's time to let it go.

My trick is 1) desensitizing cream to numb it Or condoms meant for longer duration ( that have desensitizing cream in them) 2) A blue pill to keep it hard for longer duration …

There is data with SSRI antidepressants...ie paxil or zoloft....I tried zoloft on an as needed basis....
Did not work!!!
Viagra is just for ED not for premature ejaculation....
Probably have to take it daily for 3-4 weeks to get an adequate level in the blood....

I see a lot more advertising by companies that provide ED pills thru the mail now selling low dosage SSRI for premature ejaculation.
