Except the women don't use PREP. They should but they don't know what it is. Maybe most customers use it. I do. No reason not to.

Not going BB , while nothing is 100% , it’s better than nothing at all

Pregnancy is still the highest risk of unprotected sex overall, but probably not in this segment of society.

It's super risky. Hep b and c vaccines are very valuable. So is prep. So is Hpv vaccine if you are not too old to receive it. But even with all of that, it's still super risky. You have to assume most of these women have some version of herpes, etc.
