Might want to try Oriental Elite in Wilkes Barre. Heavenly Touch is an American joint with skanky white chicks.

Here is what I wrote in a previous thread about the area: “I recommend Heavenly Touch, especially Alex. Cute, fun personality, tight body. Limited menu and pricey but it's a nice diversion from an amp. One downside is heavy incense smell.”
