And I will continue to defend myself and this behavior. I get when service isn't good. I get when a provider doesn't match her photos, or even worse- someone was robbed or harmed. It is wrong, it should be exposed. But to go the extent of pin-pointing what you found ugly about their face knowing they can't change it, you SHOULD look in the mirror. Service can be changed.
