Are there any places in/close to Williamsport that actually do HE's? I've heard stories from some people about the one on West 3rd street over the years but most of the reviews I've read online so far all say that it's a waste of time because they don't really do it & that it's a DIY place. I'd like to find a place that actually gives a HE guaranteed. Many thanks to any replies!

You're asking for sensitive information about an out-of-the-way place. People here are happy to share info with people they trust, and trust is established by participation. How about offering a review or two of your own?

I've never been to Williamsport so I can honestly say I don't have a clue about what goes on in spas there. But if I was having fun at a spa in a place like that, I'd definitely be very careful about who I shared the info with.

There are no guarantees in life sonny boy. You'll just have to go venture out on your own till you build up some credibility. The hunt is just as exciting as the he sometimes.
