Technically it is illegal but it is available. When I worked in Chengdu guys would pass around baseball type card with phone numbers. In Beijing I used a service that I found on a web site in America
But the issue is this. The divorce rate is very high in China and a woman over 30 years of age is call a throw away and almost impossible for her to find another husband. The guys all want 21 year old wives
So many come here to do anything to support their families back home. The economy in China is very bad.

The business cards were all over the front and the surrounding blocks the Time Hotel in Chengdu. Pretty sure that there were some girls working the bar on the second floor when I was there. Didn't partake, though. I was there on business and had no desire to see the inside of a Chinese jail.

It's a country of soemthing like 1.2billion people nearly 4 times the size of our own and the population is skewed toward poverty, not much of real middle class. So you have even more the 4 times the amount if people being trusted in desperate situations looking for any means to support them selves. On top of all that their economy is suppose to be in disarray right now.

When I worked in Chengdu... QUOTE]

@AnthonyW If you don't mind, I'd like hear more about your experience in Chengdu. I have the opportunity to travel there with a friend later this year (not planning on any mongering while I'm there). I understand it's a huge city of 20 million people and the infrastructure is all recently built. I've heard that the food is some of the best in China. We'll be sightseeing and eating in Chengdu for about 4 days, with longer stops in Beijing and Shanghai. Any recommendations you might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

China used to be very different last decade. Massive Soapy massage fishbowl in Shanghai with 50+ girls to choose from.

They had a city called Dongguan which was the sex capital of China, Google it.

The government shut down these two great things.
