From my experience, it's better to treat all forms of relationships with people besides family and friends as a business because it really is a business. I too build a friendship with my primary care doctor but these people are here to be your doctor and not your friends.

But also I don't want my doc learning I got an STD (chlamydia most likely), unlike a UTI you can get from a lot of different non-sex sources. (I have no significant other sex partner).

I can tell you honestly - doctor's are not surprised when there is an STI/STD diagnosis. You can get herpes simply by kissing someone, or someone giving you a bj. Add that to gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis and those are the most easily transmissible, and most common infections you can get with or without protection.

Doc says he commonly writes out scrips for antivirals which are used for herpes, and only one HIV case in his career but that was from needle use, and not sex

One thing I learned from the pandemic is weaker viruses can spread faster. Deadlier viruses are harder to spread.

Makes sense. I refused to wear masks anywhere or shelter in place, and I am one of the few of my circle of friends, coworkers, and relatives that never got it.

PSE means different things to different orgs/providers.

Originally, it meant that crazy, buck wild sex with overacting that you see in porn. Independents I used to see before this massive price hike they have took it to mean BJ without cover, swallowing, or doing freaky S&M type stuff. Recently, it's gone to mean BBFS. Personally, unless you're willing to get tested every couple of months, don't go with the PSE option. Oh, so you never went BBFS with LKS HaYun? I literally thought PSE meant BBFS in the Korg world.

I know really.
