Well how old are you? If you are over 50, you just say you have difficulty getting boner. That's all that is necessary since ED starts at ages 50-60. For younger ages you say, you have difficulty unless girl friend sucks your dick (which is standard provider procedure). Say, when she gets it up, by the time you put condem on and try to stick it in, it wilts.

The main problem is if you are too young like 30, he's going to do a work up to understand whether it's phsiological vs mental. You can say that it's always been difficult with anxiety, like first time in bed with a girl. You hadn't complained about it previously since you were embarrassed and it wasn't that bad, but it's gotten worse recently. You think it's mental, since you can masturbate OK, but it goes down quickly.

Boners are easiest when teenager, guys will just get them sitting in class, but as you age, they become progressively more difficult.

It's a quality of life issue which is medically now more important. It's not about not getting sick, but whether you can have good sex.

So, what is your erection difficulty?
I don’t have a hard time getting it up. I just enjoy long sessions like 3 hours (once in a while).

I guess I could say I have anxiety getting it up. I hope my doctor doesn’t drill deeper and just give me the prescription.

Well I don't think there is anything wrong with saying it's difficult to have 3 hr long sessions without some help. It's a quality of life issue. If he doesn't give you a prescription, you will look to questionable sources which docs don't like.

Nah, Hims and 21 and Me are pretty reputable. But you can prove me wrong.

Just went to my doctor about prep. Got to say my doctor was really professional. No questions asked. But my doctor did seem a bit worried about me.
no blood test? I had to get my tests done before they'd consider prescribing prep and pep to me

I realized that the drug companies making PrEP and doxycycline PEP (hopefully gets approved) are green lighting, promiscuous condom less sex with strangers - that's their main market. Of course, they don't say it outright in their ads, because they would get shit about it.

Why use these drugs if you use a condom? The other plus is it's a fear driven market bigger than the much lower per cent who actually catch something.

As was discussed earlier, these drugs are safer in combo when considering the failure rate of condoms. But most sexually active people think condoms are sufficient by themselves.

The driving components of the PrEP and PEP markets can be seen in the previous dialog of mongers who want to abandom condoms, but are afraid of catching something. (It's almost focus group quality.)

Actually, I remember before HIV (a clue to how old I am) that no one used a condom with strangers because STDs were easily treated, and pill or IUD birth control widespread. Crabs were a bigger problem, I got them twice, because you could get them from shared towels after naked hot tubbing. But when HIV came along in the 1980s, fear caused regular use of condoms.

I just spoke to my doctor and my doctor did not want to recommend me prep. My doctor says it is a dangerous drug will really bad side effects such as kidney issues. I am open to opinions but right now I am going to trust a doctor over people on the internet. But still open to opinions.

I made it clear to my doctor that I have unprotected sex with multiple girls. But I guess in my doctor's mind the juice is still not worth the squeeze.

Should I see a new doctor? Should I go to Planned ParentHood?

Are you really finding this many girls to do BB Anal with you? Did you tell your doctor that so he can give you an accurate recommendation if you're that worried about HIV? Otherwise no the almost guaranteed longterm side effects are not worth it compared to the chance of catching HIV through non-anal sex.

Lol, sorry. I meant just vaginal sex. Right, Reddit says that a bad idea to have BB anal. Doctor said the drug could result in complications in the future such as kidney cancer.
Read up how HIV is actually transmitted and the statistics. You'll see why they only give male homosexuals warnings even though its not a gay disease; its anal sex. You can make a much more informed decision and weighing your risk tolerance with consideration of your doctor's advice.

Right, I think this thread we also covered dox prep. She said all the drugs has major side effects. I think she then implied the juice is not worth the squeeze.

Right yeah. I read a post on Reddit. Apparently it’s rare to catch an STD in America. The real danger is anal sex. That’s why HIV rampaged in the gay community in SF. She knows I am having unprotected vaginal sex and I hope I made it clear to her that I’m doing with escorts. I don’t think she is stupid… lol.

There are only 3 that are incurable: Herpes, HIV, and HPV.

HPV has a vaccine invented in 2006 and children have been receiving it. Adults can head to their local CVS to get it. They say its not as effective for adults per se because you might already have been exposed to HPV, but you also may not have been exposed to all variants and the online recommendations I can find is if you're under 45 (and by logic, not as sexually active regardless of age) its still worthwhile to get the shot.

Herpes is really treated as NBD by doctors. The last doctor I asked about verifying whether or not I picked up Type 2 (blood test came negative but I was worried about some symptoms) she was like why. I was like so I can inform or interact with my partners accordingly? She was still like "So?" "Why?" "Its the same thing as type 1" etc. very nonchalant about the whole thing. It's not hard to understand since majority of the population already has both types with no symptoms whatsoever. If you have symptoms, its just unfortunate you got screwed by the genetic lottery, but there's treatment for it, and you may not affect your spouse unless she also failed at the genetic lottery.

HIV even if you know for a fact the girl has it, and you have BBFS with the same girl (vaginal only, no anal), you'd have to do it 1250 times on average to get it from her. The chance of an clean K-org girl getting it from a client is likewise even if one of her clients has HIV, she'd have to get booked by that same guy 1250 times on average to get it from him, assuming they don't do Greek. the chances really are that low.

The rest are all curable, just follow the standard recommendation of getting a full panel test every 3 months so you can catch them in early stages, and get it examined/swabbed as soon as you have symptoms. That's not to say BBFS is NBD, if left untreated many of the curable ones can cause permanent damage including infertility, and as another who has reported in the "It has finally happened" thread it can be very painful and inconvenient, so you should exercise your best educated judgment on your risk tolerance.
