I'd be curious to see how much on her business is brought out in the process. I don't have any personal tie to it, but it's a useful example for all of us on what info becomes public when an agency is involved in a lawsuit.
I don't see why linking here would be any issue
Privacy and last thing I want is to spotlight the attention on them.
Some 0 post/review registered user yesterday messaged me asking for details. This one dude pretty much explains why not to post it.
That's not cool.
Other than her phone evidence,
She's not even actively listing the agency anymore so what is there for blue to pursue?
There's also no incentive to waste precious resources to press charges on clients unless proof of huge transactions or low hanging fruit.
I could theoretically write a huge list of people I hate and their phone numbers in a book with imaginary transaction numbers.
Turn myself in and saying I'm a pimp I let the girls go here's my client list and record books. All the money is gone since it was never real.
What you gonna do about it.
Likely scenario I get arrested but without actual proof it's all conjecture.
Are they gonna go through every phone number and name to see if it's a truth or not?
Hell anyone who gets called will outright deny it or ask for a lawyer.
In that scenario where your (hopefully redacted) ID is compromised it's not a big deal so many alibis for that.
What you should be afraid of is CCTV and ground surveillance.
How many street cameras are there? Neighborhood stores with outdoor cameras?
They will have your image going into the place so you can't deny being there.
I've had CCTV requests before and it's hit or miss because it has nothing to do with the main establishment.
At most a weeks worth of surveillance rarely a month assuming that it worked in the first place.
I've had 2 personal experiences at least, where a crime occurred and CCTV were requested.
1 of 3 things I've handled.
First one was storage space was full and the cameras were on but nothing saved.
Second one cameras were running but the angle was so obscured it didn't even matter.
Third one was past the grace period of the loop.
Again, IANAL.
Knowing with the evidence presented she'll probably plead guilty on the prost charge.
She could probably get that dismissed depending circumstance and if on how her texts are written and how good her lawyer is I guess but depends on what she recorded. Maybe her phone hasn't been compromised yet or she wasn't carrying more incriminating phone that's another fact to consider.
If you need an example, I don't think any of them go after clients. Doesn't make sense unless transactions are huge or low hanging fruit.
This one place the owner went into settlement. Place is still running.
Doesn't deny anything wrong but "agrees" won't do any further wrong.
Asked to pay a 3000 fine. Agrees to warrantless search for 3 years.
They removed all sexy pictures from their list and references of acts which had they been smart about it should had been from get go.
In other words, unless you got a license don't promote massages and avoid clients who might make people want to 311/911.
On a more funny note, at least I found out this male establishment also got hit with orange postits last year. Imagine getting the assignment for that.
They're still adverting same location too. If you know which place I'm referring to I'm not judging you. LOL.
