It can do worse than that. It could force him to sell. They forced the Panthers owner to sell it under allegations of sexual misconduct. Kraft gets convicted, they arent just allegations but actually guilty verdict.

There’s really no comparison between Richardson’s case and Krafts. Richardson committed at least 4 instances of long term harassment. Then he settled with each person, and signed them to NDAs. None of it was reported to the NFL. All done before the story broke. Most of the details are not public to my knowledge, as neither side wanted to breach the nda as it involved significant cash, and huge liability. The nfl didn’t force him to sell, he announced it as part of his own damage control. There’s also a lot of rumors around what happened including racist behavior by Richardson, extending through comments he made into workplace behaviors like promoting and compensating based on race.
It’s a lot different than a guy who stopped for a massage and got a bj. There’s zero chance of him being forced to sell, and at this point it’s not certain he will even be fined. Krafts situation is kind of a one off. Richardson was part of a good old boy network of owners that the nfl needed to break up before they ruin the cash cow. But he jumped the gun to sell, because obviously there’s something very bad that happened he doesn’t want out. As an nfl owner, there’s always someone like tmz willing to pay enough to convince someone to breach. As a regular person, that’s gone.
I’d honestly position Irsays behavior as worse than Krafts, although other people give drunk drivers slack. I have personal reasons to consider drunk driving felonies that should result in automatic mandatory jail time. And I just don’t give a shit about a 75 year old widower giving a girl a 100 dollar tip for blowing him after a massage.

Ray Rice committed and egregious assault. She definitely provoked him but that does not excuse what he did. Richardson's behavior cannot be compared to Kraft's. Kraft's attorneys were able to get the prosecutors to admit that there was not human (sex) trafficking, or a better more term would be forced prostitution. What Kraft did was with a willing consenting adult. So if convicted he committed, and is guilty of, a low level misdemeanor. I cannot see a forced sell.
I don't know what goes on in Florida as I don't live there but in NJ, is you are suspected of a low level misdemeanor crime, cops are not going to come to your home to arrest you in front of your family, but will issue a general arrest warrant out for you. You are going to hit some cop cars scanner and get pulled over and arrested. The fine you will have to pay will be one tenth of the cost of towing and storing your car, bail etc. They guy they arrested by mistake was done just for publicity purposes. They are enforcing moral laws in South Florida where you can't throw a rock without hitting a porn star.

Bravo! More people need to realize that voluntarily getting drunk and then putting 100s of people in deadly risk is much much much worse than voluntarily having sex with someone. This is one of the sickest things about our society, that we tolerate selfish dangerous people who feel their right to be drunk supercedes other people's right to live safely.

Up in New England, the initial view was that he’d hand over all the team duties ( mostly ceremonial these days) to his son, and just stay in background. Now that isn’t even needed. This case is a joke, the DA and cops have been humiliated, and Kraft will not see any fallout, IMO. I can only hope that if I ever get arrested for receiving a handy in a spa, a billionaire is in the next room.
In general there's promise in the younger kids i work with, that drinking to excess, and drinking and driving are a generational issue. I see more and more kids abstain from drinking and not get abused (like i do) by their peers, or barraged with prying questions. And I see more and more kids planning a night out around funding an uber ride home.

So a wealthy friend of his, while chatting with him on the phone about the cancellation says go to Orchids of Asia, you'll get a decent massage. Kraft went there not expecting a handie, but got one. He says to his buddy, hey, this is pretty nice, this handie thing. Kraft went back the next day for the same thing.

In the instance in Massachusetts, the cops followed me twice leaving the spa they were spying on, once for about 5-10 miles. Once stopped for a rolling right turn on red. Once for failure to keep right on a winding empty road. ID’d me and let me go. A third time they asked me about out of state plates in the lot and asked for ID and I declined to produce it, as it’s illegal for them to do this. So maybe it’s standard harassment practice now.

There are other problems. The cops had to identify who the mongers were for future prosecution, but could not merely arrest them coming out the door without blowing their cover. Their solution was to follow the mongers' cars and pull them over if they committed a traffic offense. Problem is, many were good drivers and committed no traffic offense. Cop is on tape stating that he would just have to make up a reason to pull them over.
