A "stiffy" would be a huge step. I would worry about walking into a wall at night and breaking Jr., of course, on the bright side, I would be able to text without using my hands!

"See a doctor" is the best advice I've seen in this thread. Otherwise a lot of misinfo.

ED meds are not tolerance-building according to any study that exists on the topic. The decreased effect over time is due to psychological reasons. Mind over matter.

OTC supplements like Arginine or Citrulline are less potent and certainly won't help you.

You can try higher meds dosages or injectable drugs like trimix which is what most pornstars use. Injecting your dick every time you want to fuck though sounds pretty scary to me, but if I'm 62 and still want to bang every day I'd probably consider it.
