"See a doctor" is the best advice I've seen in this thread. Otherwise a lot of misinfo.

ED meds are not tolerance-building according to any study that exists on the topic. The decreased effect over time is due to psychological reasons. Mind over matter.

OTC supplements like Arginine or Citrulline are less potent and certainly won't help you.

You can try higher meds dosages or injectable drugs like trimix which is what most pornstars use. Injecting your dick every time you want to fuck though sounds pretty scary to me, but if I'm 62 and still want to bang every day I'd probably consider it.
This was was informative and thoughtful of you! I'm not afraid of the injections, at this point I would stick a javelin in my dick! Thank you very much!
I think that there is also quadramix.

Maybe it’s psychological, but still a risk:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22568639/

Seems to me with erections there’s always an interplay between psychological and physiological factors.
Intuitively I would think that a 30-something who routinely uses ED meds to get the hardons of his teenage years will have to up the doseage as his testosterone drops in his 40s and 50s… so he’ll be taking a higher dose than he otherwise would have.
Since there’s an absolute cutoff where it becomes unsafe to take more meds, he’d hit the limit sooner.

No offense, but… maybe you’re gay?

Or have a very specific fetish you haven’t explored?
I was gonna suggest taking a break, or even finding the right woman who can do like a whole hour of amazing teasing and not giving in or letting you have what you want. Try some new things... light PM by her during the BBBJ? Or even paying to watch a young couple.

I'm older. I get it.

I’m turning 35, high blood pressure and had ED, for almost a decade now, sounds stupid but I started taking them to last longer (even though studies say they don’t make you last longer it definitely did for me) and to pound providers harder SMH. Since then I’m guessing it’s a psychological dependence but I just take the lowest dosage of V and C, almost daily. At this point I just can’t trust the little guy although I have found, that if you don’t masturbate and avoid sexual urges/thoughts for at least a week, you can get the old woodpecker to start pecking again. Went to a strip club after no falling for a week and couldn’t believe how rock hard I was and the fact that I came 3 times lmao. All jokes aside sometimes you gotta ignore your sexual urges and your negative thoughts about your penis do something more constructive and then after a week(s) go back it and if you can’t stop for at least a week I think that could be your problem right there

If you don't have issues masturbating, its psychogenic.

True.
and avoid sexual urges/thoughts
Im sorry, but this is ridiculous and suggests that someone might be plagued with various psychological conflicts over sexuality in the first place. Refraining from ejaculating obviously promotes better responsiveness and more satisfying orgasms. But refraining from sexual urges and thoughts (unless what you mean is that’s what you need to do to avoid jerking off) won’t help you. If anything, becoming aroused without satisfying that urge is more likely to make it that much better when you do finally get your rocks off.

Just catching up on this. I would 100% go see an ED doctor/urologist. I would consider a psychotherapist as well. Give up totally on the porn…some guys can become desensitized from watching it all the time. The ED doctor might suggest hormone replacement therapy…like the shot or the gel to boost your testosterone.

See a very good Tantra goddess (not these women that say they can do Tantra) that specializes in ED/relationship trauma/orgasm control.

Here’s a tip…straight from Perfecto and I won’t charge you this time…start taking Black Maca. Google it ;-)

Is that the name of a provider?

i always get it up but sometimes have trouble staying up ( funnily enough, i have the same problem with sleep — i fall right to sleep but then wake up in the middle of the night). I tried both viagara and cialis, and hated both. I think just trying them drove up my blood pressure and it stayed high for six months. I’m not the type to take four supplements or even one, but of the ones mentioned in this thread - black maca, rev 72, schwinnng, and semenex — or something else, can anyone recommend one that might work for me?

Almost all of those supplements either have some unlicensed version of the active drugs in cialis or Viagra anyway, or they are stuff that is completely unproven with no studies to back up their effectiveness. You might as well be buying magic beans.

Anybody that says they work is probably getting some sort of placebo effect.

Fellas, do your homework!!! Black Maca is an organic root. You can’t overdose on it and it has no negative side affects…at all. My last tip to the masses on this subject….Black Maca, eating healthy, exercise, lowering stress, resting, an ED doctor/testosterone boosts, psychotherapist has got to get you back in the game….unless you are just too old for sex.

Yep, this is all good advice.

Black maca is a plant product but has no effects on ED that have been scientifically verified in a statistical way (if I'm mistaken feel free to post any here). That said, I'm not aware of any negative effects either, but it's kind of like suggesting somebody take vitamin C for their ED.
