What an odd thread. I have been to DH a couple times on the recommendation of a friend. I came on here to write a review from the last visit, and I saw this thread. I read it, and some of the posts sound like some people just wanting to trash it. Competitors?
I've been there three times now. It isn't a couple hours with a mid to top escort, but for a quick, minimal hassle encounter it was fine, and better than many (not all) of the AMPs I have been to.
Yes, it is in a residential area, sort of. But the rest of the story is it is also steps away from a commercial street. The street was low traffic, quiet, and very easy to get to. I took mass transit and had no issues. I went day time and had no concern for my safety; I am a middle aged white guy who is not very imposing looking. Essentially all AMPs I have been to in NYC or elsewhere are in far scarier places.
The guy I dealt with was a bit frustrating until I spoke a few words in Spanish, but never threatening in any way. The women were all fine. Very good looking both the ones I went to the room with, and most the others I saw there. They were skilled, and treated me very well. A little better English (or better Spanish on my part) would have been good, but it didn't hinder the festivities. All of them understood what I came for, and in fact they used their hands to communicate and verbal deficiencies and that was enjoyable itself as one took her time grabbing my hand and rubbing it on all the menu items until I chose. I've been to a few places in Flushing and they look to be far easier LE targets, and got poorer service for about the same price. Tried a highly recommended place in Elmhurst and that never happened because I got stonewalled even though I had two references from regular customers.

You have your head in the sand. This place and all fast houses Asian and Latina are on Le's hot list. This place has been busted minimum 5 times past 2 yrs. You want to minimize that. That's fine. It's a cheap option. Girls are plastic and some are accommodating some aren't. It's a fast house nothing more nothing less.
It's a cheap option and if you like plastic it will do. $70 for 25 mins doesn't include bbbj. Add bbbj and it goes up to roughly $100-120 for 25 mins tit sucking maybe. Lfk max and no cim. Add cim and lfk, dfk and we are now up to $150-$170 25 mins and it fails to be as cheap.
Not one amp I have been to has performed less than this place all better. However all more money. It is on pat with as hot as hag road aka 40th road is.

You really seem hung up on what you call the place. I don't really care what you call it. I also don't question the service and price you said you got. Maybe I was lucky with who I saw, maybe it's my awesome sexy looks (nope, i'm sure that's not it) but I got a bit more for my $$. I go for the hr (which has usually been 50-55 min), and got pretty much all that for the entry fee and small extra tip, 200 or less for the hour. Not glorifying anything. No reason to. Just describing my experience.
It is not expensive or high end quality. If I want that I will arrange an evening with one of my ATFs at my hotel.

I took an UBER from the Bronx just to check out this place right before the holidays. What a sad place. Bunch of over the hill Latinas with cellulite-ridden asses, bellies, and breast implants with tattoos on them. Had to buy a ticket and just wound up giving it to this young black kid who looked shocked that I gave it to him and thanked me three times as I left! lol
