I'm Torn About Writing a Review/Not Writing a Review

I on the other hand do have first hand knowledge of not one but 5 spas being shut down because of a website. Not this website, a competitor. Police were very honest about what happened in the newspaper. They got a complaint from a suburban housewife about men going into a massage shop while she was waiting for her cherub to come out of the newly opened dance studio next door. Police went to rubmaps, got access to the private sections, and used that with a judge to get surveillance warrants. They followed the owner, girls around for 4-6 months then busted them for sex trafficking, transportation over a state line for sex, and massage without license. The cops robbed the girls of everything they owned, and stuck them on a bus to flushing. No sex in the shop was ever proven, the cops did it all with a website and a tail. In fact, 5 years later the case has never come to trial, the owner still has a ankle monitor and her life is ruined. So if a girl asks me for no review, I respect her ask.
If it is a unpublished spot, then I signed up for anonymous entry and therapy. I will not write a review anywhere. If they advertise, my personal opinion is that it is my session as well and I can speak about it in clear therapeutic terms on the public Internet just like this public page on this site.
As much as I have the supposed right to tell my story, the MODS are very clear that this is NOT allowed here. Their board. Their rules. Period. Live with it or leave. I choose to stay.
My personal opinion doesn't matter as I am not hosting this site and have no desire to do so. No reviews of therapist that do not want to be reviewed on this site. If you do, it will simply be taken down and you have wasted your valuable time. It is simpler to have a session with therapist you can talk about and DM the rest to people you trust.

I think as you write more reviews and become trusted by other members in your local area, you gain valuable perspectives to guide your therapy visits.
For example, I have been comparing notes with a member that has earned our collective trust and it has helped both of our visits to locations we share in common. There was another member that read a comment that I made about a general area and he DM'd me information for atypical and hard to find therapists with rare attributes in that same area. I didn't even have to ask for the information, but he knew the information would be valuable to me based on my prior reviews. Finally, I was privately corrected by one of the mods on a post. I understood his rationale and it made sense when I looked at things from his vantage point. I made an adjustment going forward and he was right as it helped more members consume the content that I was trying to share.
You will get out of this site what you put into it. If that is only bragging, shilling, and making minimal effort to contribute anything new to this site, then most senior members will just ignore you and you will miss most of the benefits. Good luck with how you choose to use your account. Most of us are having a good time here.

I too have stated that some reviews seem to be just guys bragging/crowing/telling tall tales/etc..., but I am not sure if that is the bragging to which you refer.
There are some reviewers here who write "letters to penthouse" -- and spend a lot of time talking about how many orgasms the provider supposedly had and even blabber on about dick size. To me, those are the "braggart reviews".
On the other hand, some of us do take pride in providing reviews packed with relevant, detailed information without embellishing the session or trying to come off like "super studs". And yes, on some occasions when dealing with "newbies", we get a little flippant. It may not be "nice", but it happens. And sometimes the newbies deserve it.
So I suppose a guy could get offended and think "hey those guys with a lot of reviews are just bragging a-holes". I would disagree with that.

An escort I see regularly brought up the subject of reviews on our first date, I met her thru TNA and they have provider reviews as most know, she asked me if I choose to write a review about her to please not include any acronyms for two reasons..first not everyone is going to get the same service (YMMV) she didn't want to set expectations and secondly she said she doesn't know what half of the acronyms mean
