That’s what you want in retirement - you don’t know any to be in an economically depressed country like say Guatemala - dirty water , crime where as an American you are marked .
Costa Rica - we are the Army it’s a US protectorate , an off shore banking haven, the women as I remember where just beautiful. I’m keeping it in mind . Singapore is another - very cool place but not cheap .
