Great on point Review. Unfortunately when business is good and demand for particular providers it's not fair that Greed takes over and the paying customer is shorted or bypassed

Not here but on one of my visits I called last minute(normally I don't do this) and said I'll be there in 15, well my provider had an appt. but MMS knows I'm a freq. customer And when I got there she was available for me and had her customer waiting in next room.(unbeknown to me) It wasn't right but It does happen.

So this is for Steve and Jack.
In each of your post the review is visible. When you reply do you hit reply under the review, which I think you do or go to the bottom and reply in the box. I believe a mos threw up a post the other day requesting to not quote the review. I believe another member mentioned a glitch in the system that we are try to avoid the entire review along with the Private Details being visible. Not the entire section but the first few lines. And I'd explicit details are in those first few sentences they are visible to non- members.

No, I edited my quotation of the review, and it only shows the comment about management. If you are not a member with private access, I don't think you see any of the private details.

Not a big deal. I don’t think there is a shop that did not pull this type of stunt remember TW 202 206 under Susan that wad happing almost every Day . But it did not stop no one not going to the place actually. The place got busy the parking lot was full every day . For years . So let’s not make a bigger deal let this shop be. I’m sure they are aware and they will make sure that will minimize this problems .

It sounds like you are saying that bad behavior is ok because other shops behave the same way. And, why are you sure they will minimize the problem?

Come on Jack., you know better then me that the majority of this places they all do .it I tell you the only place that it was really a professional palace and they only went by appointments no waiting in the rooms or anything like it’s going on in this Asian places. the place was located in in Edison it was running by on Argentina guy . Top notch women beautiful rooms wit jacuzzi’s. Any way if they had a problem they had a girl in the front. she Will make sure to contact. the customers. This guy did not allow any nonsense. The girls they knew it . But we are talking professional shops Asians shops they take any one . and they will do anything to get the customer inside . So if you don’t like it what happened to you . Move on to some other place . It’s that simple I would. it’s their lost not yours.

I’m always trying to help I’m a business man myself I know the responsibility to run a place no one it’s perfect and I mean no one ,,,.

I agree that many shops do it. That is why, when possible, I deal directly with the girl I plan to see at the AMP. I also deal with a few places in NYC that consistently honor appointments.

I agree that quoting a review as a means of replying is almost always of no use, this statement is incorrect. Log off and go to Steve's comment, click to expand the quoted review and the usual click to read private details button displays and then puts you into the login screen. I used to think the same thing about PD being visible in the quoted review, but found that not to be case when I tried the above steps.
