So this is for Steve and Jack.
In each of your post the review is visible. When you reply do you hit reply under the review, which I think you do or go to the bottom and reply in the box. I believe a mos threw up a post the other day requesting to not quote the review. I believe another member mentioned a glitch in the system that we are try to avoid the entire review along with the Private Details being visible. Not the entire section but the first few lines. And I'd explicit details are in those first few sentences they are visible to non- members.
Hi, I let my private view expire and all I can see is the public portion of the review (as it should be) in both replies.

In general, it is NOT a good idea to quote any part of the original review...either parts of it, and definitely not in its entirety. Yes, the techs have made it so that non-members cannot see the private details when quoting the entire review, but as pointed out, sometimes there are glitches and cache issues on public search engines and various stuff like that. So the best way to avoid that is just to avoid quoting altogether.

If you MUST quote something, you can use the privacy tag. More info about it here: https://www.ampreviews.net/index.php?threads/tips-on-maintaining-active-membership.13608/
