Interestingly, my friend went with GuoGuo and had a nice session paid the $300 and was asked for a tip. What is standard for a tip here?
Now I am wondering if I was cheap leaving no tip (because I was not asked for one).

Wow. In all my experience mongering at the top gfe spots (all-in price, not negotiated services for tip) I've never once been asked for a tip on top. Hopefully she said it in a cutesy semi-joking way because that's bad form on her part. There's actually been instances on my part where the girl refused the tip from me and simply asked that I see her again

Usually, you can tip as much as you want beyond $300 because it is tip, but they shouldn't "ask" for a tip. I will be passing there today to get my guoguo fix since I am addict to her, and I will inquire about the tip situation. I give extra 20-40 when I feel like it and many times I didn't, but the never asked for it.

My thoughts as well. I've never been asked that at a "flat rate" location like MAGFE. The phrase "you take good care of me" emerges more understandably at places where the "going rate" is more ambiguous....
