I am 1,000% a fan of Sky. I always book directly with her and had moved my appointment from noon to 5, I thought she felt it wouldn't be as busy.
Sky always treats me above and beyond in may ways so I accommodate her too and treat her special. I only put my rant in here because I have noticed several times the doorbell rings far to many times for just appointment's since they opened after the COVID closing. Even with the apointments only sign put on the door.
Even if it is just before a call from a few minutes away is more polite than ringing the door unannounced. Sorry this is a big pet peeved of mine brfause I have always mad an appointment or called ahead if it was a last minute thing.
With Nicole on vacation, who handles Emo and part time provider duties, it is near impossible for Sky and Coco to handle everything thing. If you call ahead and don't get an answer right away, you know they are busy and will call back when they are not busy. If they don't answer the door right away, just leave, please don't keep ringing the bell. All of this goes to being "a good customer".
