I agree with Don31, lyin' eyes, Travelmike88 and error434 as well. I'm glad Rapid1 that you had a courtesy phone call acknowledging the error of their ways, but how are they going to reimburse you or compensate you for not having received everything you paid in full for? I've been wanting to go there myself, but because of everything I've read on the forum about the place, I've been staying away because the earlier reviews are glowing, but as time went on, the newer reviews have me second guessing to make the trek out there.
Having said that, not all of us have the relationship that you do and based on this, I'm not exactly too keen on trying to establish one there. Until others have enough updates and reviews saying otherwise, I'm staying away until the time and appointments are honored.
