When it comes to price and service, these girls ( generally speaking and not these girls in particular), will charge you, or at least try to charge you, what they see as THE PRICE of what they have.
Honey, it's called a tip for a reason. If the service is exceptional then fuck yeah, I'm throwing down cash for ya.
If you act uninterested, can't be bothered, just lay there asking me if I'm done, or try to rush me or play the old switcheroo bait and switch game- then fuck you and your service.
Thankfully, I've had very few experiences like this in the many times I've mongered, but the experience pisses me off nonetheless.

Well if she is truly a pupil of Susan's as you say, she will do the right thing and comp you the house fee on your next visit. I very rarely ever had any issues at Susan's when she was open, but on the rare occasion that I was unhappy or got shorted, Susan always offered to comp me the house fee on my next visit. I usually did not accept it, but once or twice I did feel it was warranted, and I did accept the comped session.
I just had a session with Tracy, and I received a full uninterrupted hour and I have no complaints. I spoke to Cici about this thread and what everyone is saying, and she is aware and knows that she needs to provide better customer service.
As someone else said, this is a new Spa and it's going to go through growing pains.
If I was not aware of the talent available at this Spa and how nice and well appointed it is, I'd probably shy away from the place based on this thread.
For those of you that never have been there and have never seen Mimi, Bella, Cici or any of the other girls working there, I'd say that your making a mistake.
I'm telling you right now, Cici is well aware how unhappy and disappointed everyone is.
She is taking this thread under advisement and she's going to do better by all of us. Give her a break and give her a chance to improve. As far as Mimi goes, she's one of the sweetest and most sincere and honest girls I've ever met in the business. She also provides an outstanding experience every single time I've ever seen her. You have to remember that she is not the owner, she only works there. She should not be the one getting called out at all here.

Did you actually read the OP's thread? He wasn't complaining about the tip amount, that wasn't even mentioned. He had an issue with an appointment not being honored because of double-booking (most likely) and because of the constant interruptions. The real problem isn't, as you claim, "cheap dudes", the real problem is these establishments are overbooking, with no regard for their customers. And whomever said this is attributable to growing pains? Nonsense. These ladies are veterans, they know how the operation works.
As Hard Wired pointed out, Mimi's just following marching order from up top, not a whole lot that can be done and I don't any of us blame her specifically for double booking, not honoring appointments with specific providers, and being shorted on time. Those things in my opinion are a separate issue from the tipping.
Many of you on this board are quite familiar with the providers and they seem to be many of your ATF's, but for first-timers looking to make a visit and take a leap of faith, the issues I pointed earlier are a real turn-off and keep us from supporting the business because we don't get the experience that attract many of you back to them and quite frankly, if YOU guys who are familiar with these providers and repeat customers are experiencing issues, hell no are we going to visit until the confidence and trust that we'll have a good experience are restored.

I agree with you...but sometimes you don't get outstanding service when you pre tip. Which is the point of my post.

Now these girls are talking to other girls in the industry and now everyone wants top dollar, whether they deserve it or not.

I think the thread should stay, it’s a factual review that happened and it’s good we all know. I must admit I side with Think3r3r from a 1st time customer POV. I was highly interested in checking this place out this weekend after seeing the great intial reviews, but as time has gone on, I’ve seen the reviews fall off a little in terms of getting full time for your money. I’m weary that this will be like another Sunny Spa soon with the rising popularity. I’m one who wants the full hour everytime wherever I go just as you all do I’m sure, and I also advise not to tip upfront unless it’s someone you have a built up personal connection with. Usually when I go to a place and isn’t my regular, I always hand them the hour rate and reiterate with them that I want the full hour, nothing less AND if they have time for the full hour. Typically when they say yes and then you ensure again by asking they have time for one full hour again, followed by a good tip when negotiations arise, they 99% of the time always give the full hour at least in my experience. At the end of the day, they work a client-hourly based job, so the more they see, the more they get if you don’t speak up and don’t tip well.
I was there on Monday 3/28/22 and my experience with this Spa was a 5 out of 10. I got very limited time 35m. instead of what I paid (60m.). Because of their overbooking they are in a big rush. I don't know about you guys but I made up my mind not to go back to this place. Hopefully they'll learn their lesson. I've learned mine.
Sph and this forum made these providers famous, definitely they too set the bar high with their amazing services. No doubt about it. When established reviewers provide criticism, if they really want their business to prosper they should value what they are saying and act on it.I don't think anyone is worried here on the tipping.. Look at places like hagnj, don't think I remember seeing any shorting or b&s reviews of this place, Ye price range is high here..
