I requested an appointment with Taylor @ NYAF like 2 weeks ago after seeing reviews that she gives sloppy BBBJs. It was my first time there and MMS said she was available over phone. Once I got there it was a different Asian girl I forgot the name to. She wasn't bad looking so I continued the service. It was just decent, but nothing spectacular which is obviously what I always go for. Staying away from NYAF after that.

I'm surprised by all these negative reactions to Taylor. I just saw her last week for the first time. I read as many reviews as possible before making an appointment and her performance exceeded my expectations. That said, I knew how positive the reviews were of her oral performance. So, if she can get such great reviews for her service IN SPITE of her looks, then that performance must be something special. She didn't disappoint in the service dept. In fact, I'm super-glad I went to see her (even though I was disappointed with the looks). Very few women are the true unicorns of both looks and performance. They exist, but get overbooked and jaded, or smarten up, go indy and raise prices. Just market dynamics. That old adage applies here. It's the homely ones that need to bring something else to the table to make it in the business. Massive jugs can make up for busted teeth, cute feet for no ass, throat goat for barrel-shaped gut (Taylor), stunning hot looks for loose pussy, etc. It all depends on your proclivities and what matters to you.
Personally, I always prefer service over looks. Some guys would prefer to bang a dead fish 10 than a 5 that's a tiger in the sack, or pony up $1k for the 10 in looks AND service. For my own standards, a woman has got to be at least 5 in looks, but then offers a 9-10 in some kind of special service. How about this for an algorithm:
Sum total of Looks + Service = 15+ with no individual score below 5
Taylor is 5 Looks + 10 service = 15
Yaya is 7 Looks + 9 Service = 16
Barbie is 8 Looks + 8 Service = 16
Understood that both Looks and Service are subjective. Unfortunately, we've probably all had too many <15 totals. I've had knockouts that were horrible, and even worse, some fuglies that didn't deliver in service either (worst case scenario). For the OP, if Taylor was subjectively a 2 in Looks, then there's no amount of Service that can get him to 15+, and he should've just asked for his money back and walked at that point.

Yeah, my scale isn't linear. If personality/attitude/skills is not good, nothing makes that up for me. Doesn't matter how hot. But if those are good, I can forgive a lot in terms of appearance. I wrote a review for Jenny @ 10Ten. Jenny is smoking. But I didn't have a good time and left feeling unsatisfied. What I didn't put in the review was what happened after. Some reviewers, like @AutomaticSlim do use numerical ratings. I feel that people interpret a 6 or a 9 or a 10 wildly differently, even apart from differences in preferred body type. By my system, which is a five point scale, in the order Body, Face, Skill, Attitude/personality Taylor would be 1254.
