I think it has a connection to Elite on Northern. Would need confirmation of this. Was told about this place last week by a Elite provider.

i think flushing is getting a lot of attention now , every time i go to x place in manhattan it's almost empty, when i started going to Flushing to x place was the same but now kinda a lot of traffic
