So, this is a good thing. It was long awaited and kind of logical, since things are so slow in the city right now. Literally - empty. Now, what worries me a little is they move out further east into locations, where folks are not used to the city gratitude and where there are so many other choices. They may catch a few, but won't last long. They need to work on the business strategy how to last, or just go in, lure in, cash in and out they go, lol.
