Saw a girl at AL recently. Had a skin ulcer a couple of days after. Been having itchy dick for the past week as well. Ask mama San and said that they test regularly and that the girl is clean. Going to get tested soon hope it’s just an infection and not a std....
I'm not going to scare you but I've did heavy searching on the search function a month ago and I found something on AL.

There can be a 3 to 4 week delay after contact before something pops up based on my research. It’s all very disconcerting to me and that’s why I stay covered

I was pretty concerned about this when I started out, especially as the CDC site lists a lot of STD risks from BBBJs. However, they don't specify probabilities for a given STD (other than that there is almost no risk of HIV) from BBBJs. I consulted a public health expert on STDs who suggested to me that contracting an STD from a BBBJ is generally pretty low risk. The greatest risk is Chlamydia, which is easily treatable - a single dose of azithromycin. Gonorrhea is most risky when there is contact with the throat, as the infection thrives there more than in the mouth. So deep throating increases that risk (though I think a lot of people with smaller than average dicks conflate deep throating with getting it all the way in the recipient's mouth). Gonorrhea is generally also easily treatable (unless one catches an antibiotic resistant strain, but those are rare, especially on the East Coast). Genital herpes is a risk, but with that you mostly need to make sure to avoid BBBJs if you see any sores on the provider's mouth.
Right on the money - the big G from deep throat unlikely unless you are hung like a horse .

The type of HSV 1 from a cold sore on the mouth is not the same as HSV 2 on your dick from BBFS .

Who would stick their dick in the mouth of a ho with a big herpes goober in her lip is beyond me- I mean come on fella, kick the tires before you buy the car - Loki at the horses teeth lol

Correct.. but 40% of genital herpes is caused by HSV 1, so obviously oral sex was the culprit in those cases

Right but HSV1 is not chronic or ongoing - it goes away and generally does not reappear without another exposure it’s a completely different viral strain with completely different origin and tendency. I’m would worry way more about bareback full sex, there you are playing pussy roulette with AIDS .

Well the origin is actually similar to HSV-2, just a different strain of the same virus. Actually with genital HSV-1, the first symptomatic episode is usually more severe. While the recurrence rate for HSV-1 is lower, it can still spontaneously reappear without additional exposure. So you’re never out of the woods with either type

Similar is not the same
In 99% of cases once HSV 1 resolves itself it’s gone for a while - HSV 1 on your dick is cold sores Abreva and gone in 2 days . HSV 2 on your Dick is 2-3 weeks very painful - and a far greater rate of reoccurring. About 50% of people with HSV 2 get one bad attack and may never have another
But this is unprotected sex vaginally

In terms of a BBBJ unless you pack a big 9 inch and age DT to the hilt , that can be the big G - a bbbj might get you
HSV1 2-4 days of Abreva and it’s gone

It’s not “gone”. Stop spreading misinformation. HSV-1 causes an average of one further outbreak within one year in about 20 to 50% of people who have the virus. HSV-2 causes at least one further outbreak – but an average of four further outbreaks – within one year in about 70 to 90% of people who have the virus.

Modern science disagrees - it’s totally based on individual immunology - some people who kiss get HSV 1 and cant shake it especially in a compromising situation such as you are on an immune suppressant such as Enbrel . Others get rid of it with no further complications

Some people acquire HSV 2 and never gave an outbreak again . Others can’t shake it and require Valtrex for life . Everything I’m saying is 100% true I can back it up medically

Nice talking to you

It does depend upon the individual but the statistics I cited are applicable to the general population as a whole. Meaning that genital HSV-1 infection has a define risk of recurrence and doesn’t need another exposure to recur. So like I said, you are never out of the woods. The virus is never “gone”

Also you are misinformed about treatment of genital HSV-1. The appropriate treatment is a course of oral aciclovir for 7-10 days. You said Abreva for 2 days. Here is information directly from Abreva website: Do not use this medication to treat canker sores (sores found commonly in the mouth), shingles, or genital herpes.

I’m not trying to create a medical debate here, just providing accurate info. We all know there are risks in hobbying. We should at least be aware of the facts surrounding them
