Telling people you’ve had 5000 bbbjs with no ramifications isn’t exactly sending an accurate message as you’re basically telling them they have no risk. I’m providing another viewpoint with more information and not bcs I want to scare people but to educate. And that link you have to the CDC isn’t telling the entire story as it paints HPV as harmless. There are strains of HPV that cause cervical and anal cancer and cervical cancer is one of the top killers of women.
The statistics found online are quite normally exaggerated, even from the CDC. Many doctors who specialize in this say the things one should look out for with BBBJ are Gonorrhea, NGU (normally caused by Chlamydia but nearly impossible to get via BBBJ), and Herpes. Most Gonorrhea will produce secretions in a matter of days, and the risks of Herpes are minimal without open sores.
The risk is there, just not as much as many make it to be. And if you have something, chances are you'll produce symptoms.

Just use a condom for BJ and call it a day. I've been using condoms and I dont DATY at all.
When I went for testing in late August I indicated on the form that I didn't use condom for BJ. When I got all of my test results except for HIV and Gonnerhea(spellcheck) I went to see the NP at the clinic personally to see why. For some reason the system didn'tsend my results so she pulled it up manually. She said I should be ok before manually pulling up my negative results. It seems the risk of getting something orally is low but definitely still possible.
Either way I still use a condom to make me sleep good at nights.

"The clap" (gonorrhea) is the most likely. Best to wash up with soap & water thoroughly, both your actual equipment as well as the surrounding crotch areas. I've gotten head from 6 separate women this week (mixture of providers & civilians), no issues and I have had similar weeks for the last 20 years with no issues. So long as your dick has no cuts or sores and her mouth is the same, a BBBJ is like DFK in terms of health risks:
