I tip before the service, after the TS, while nude, asking for what I want. I don't mind negotiations, but try to stick to my guns in a nice way. I do this my first time with a girl.
The second time I tip after, if that is permitted.
Many girls get really bad tips from customers whose needs have been satisfied and are cheap.
So take that worry out of the equation, and tip up front.

Parlors with one page usually prefer tips in advance. I oblige. If I receive good-excellent services, I will add some tip after the session. If not, I do not tip and give her feedback for improvement. Parlors with one or two paragraphs varies for whatever reasons behind their policies may require tip before the session. If I pay for the hf and tip before the session, I usually tell the provider that she may get a little more after the session depending on my satisfaction. Again, parlors with one or two paragraph menus prefer to collect the payment (hf and tip) after the session. All in all, tip before or after varies from parlors to parlors and the trust between the parlors and customers. I know a parlor requiring payment and tip before the session. After building trust, I have been allowed to pay for the hf/tip after the session, which I appreciate them.
Many places in the first couple visits they want at least the house fee up front. At a new place for me, if I know the quality of the provider, (and I usually do research ahead of time) when they ask for the house fee I give the tip plus a little extra up front. This way they know I expect their best. It always seems to work for me because I give them my best too.

it's best to tip first - get it out of the way. it makes for a smoother ride. no hand out for more at the end. and for those of you who aren't experienced dealing with asians - you can negotiate a better price for service by putting the amount you want to spend in their hand up front ..... once an asian has money in hand they rarely want to give it up - in the case they ask for more, take your money back and leave - i promise it will be the last time they let you walk, for asians it's a sin to let money walk out the door. i've made some great deals this way. simply put - this is what i have, this is what i want, take it or leave it. as long as you're in the ballpark you're all set. it works as long as you hold firm. i was just at a higher priced place in midtown that i read about here - the prices were crazy - i went and put 180.00 in their hand, they said 'need more not enough' i said ' ok no problem i'll go somewhere else please give me my money back' she wouldn't give it back and said ' next time you bring more'. i said 'ok thank you' - some of you guys need to learn how to play the game!
