I started new supplements recently and I’m not sure if it’s correlation or causation but I used to be a super quick shooter just from standard R&T HE (20-30 seconds I’m shooting my first shot) to now lasting 5-10 minutes of pure stroking before shooting my load.
It used to be a real self esteem killer, and I had tried everything under the sun. It’s been like this since I was 15 and started jacking off to now in my late 30s. I’ve been going to spots that the women used to get me real fast, and they commented now that their arm hurts. Not gonna lie…it’s awesome to hear that. It’s been a 2 months of this awesomeness.
Tomorrow I’m going to the place with the girl that gets me literally the fastest. She pumps twice and I’m done. This is my Mt. Everest and if I last 5-10 min with her I will consider myself cured. I’ll let you guys know.
Here’s my secret: I’m doing the same workouts that I used to at the gym, just on a more frequent basis, However, I think the secret is that I started supplementing with creatine and glutamine. I also take daily vitamin, fish oil, whey protein, casein protein, and BCAAs, but I noticed the change a few weeks after creatine and/or glutamine (I’m not sure which one or if it’s the combo of both); something in me definitely changed. I’ve taken whey, fish oil, and vitamins for years so I can eliminate that, It’s possible it’s just me getting older, or just a new mindset, but I truly feel the variable here has been this creatine/glutamine intake.
I’m no doctor, and I’m not sure that’s what it was, and but I’m just sharing with you what seems to have worked for me.
