Just express yourself in a civilized manner no matter how stupid you view the question and no one will jump down your obviously ultra-sensitive throat.

Now care to try again?

I gave you an example of a possible scenario where someone innocuously could mention something in the private details. Your IP says no matter if intentional or not it results in a ban.

I ask for clarification and I get a wise-ass dick reply. Lose the shit attitude and clarify just what the hell is going on with this new policy.

The Admin was crystal clear on the new policy. The keyword is "sacred." I will try another example. I am a brother of a fraternity group from a university. We share everything sacred inside the fraternity and do not share sacred information out of our fraternity group. As for members regardless of their status on this site, they came at free will. Therefore, they ought to read the new policy or policies first before doing anything. If they did not, they may be banned with or without intent. Again "sacred" is the keyword. Hope this helps

The
Read carefully, to avoid the possibility of losing your membership here.

The content posted in the Private Details section within every review, as well as any information shared inside one of our many new Private Access forums is sacred. This means the author of such content intended it to be privately shared among members with Private Access ONLY.

As a member here, you accept the shared responsibility of keeping that information sacred.

In other words, you will lose your membership if you ever reveal the contents of private details or a Private Forum to non-private access members. Even if you do so by accident. There will be a zero tolerance policy applied to enforcement of this guideline. In other words, it doesn’t matter who you are, how long you’ve been here, how many posts or reviews you have, or whether you did it maliciously or unintentionally....you do it, you’re gone. Period.

Avoid making this mistake in your posts.

Especially avoid using QUOTE in your posts. If you quote something, keep in mind that you might be quoting something in private details only to make it visible to the general public in your public reply. You do that, you’re gone.

Avoid asking questions about something someone posted in the private details. Avoid referencing something someone posted in the private details. In both cases, you may be revealing something indirectly . And even in that case, you’re gone.

Members take note! If you see this happen out there in the forums, REPORT IT. We have several mods now and more importantly than just banning the offending member, we have to clean up the thread.

Although we avoid ever editing the content posted by our members in posts or reviews, this is an exception. You can bet your bottom dollar that we will edit a post to protect private information that some idiot negligently revealed.

AMPReviews members, thanks for your understanding. Please help us to implement and enforce this guideline. The best forums on the net are the ones that are self-monitored and policed by the members.
theres several members, one for sure, that has quoted and shared my explicit private details in one of my reviews over and over and used it to troll and twist my words to try and make me look bad out of jealousy. So much that now when i leave a reviews i dont mention any explicit details. I save that for private pm's.

So even if an unimportant detail of a girl's features such as a raspy voice is divulged in the private details by the OP and it's quoted by a member and referred to no matter that it is insignificant it is still "SACRED" and results in a ban. Great---I can see future discussions are going to be a lot of fun.

Wow. I did't realize the words like "any" were so hard to comprehend.

The policy is not very complicated, and there is no exception for self-proclaimed experts to decide that they know better, and should be allowed special judgement.

You got the answer 99% of readers probably expected you would receive. Not sure what about it you find so intolerable.

Nah I get it just making sure. Can't share private details under any circumstances with others.
that's why i simply said please re read the review. If 1.) you can't see private details, the loss versus the risk of why you don't have access is fine 2.) why would you ever audit someone else's review or press for more information? This entire board should be more tightly regulated than wall street, than any airport what so ever. Yes we probably all use alias and fake info on this forum, but things can still be tracked by IP Address, etc... PEOPLE ARE ANONYMOUS AND VAGUE ON PURPOSE, and to a degree THEY SHOULD BE. Please think from now on.

It's not hard, if you want to comment on anything in the private details switch it over to a thread in the Private Forum.

If your section doesn't have a Private Forum yet, be patient.
The personal expectations for each person on here just have to be higher. Don't like a review? Go try and find the info yourself. Not satisfied with someone else's review? PM them or find another way which cannot be possibly audited/trailed and find out. Still can't? How about just let it go? Are you really losing that much?

Wtf are you talking about? Don't try and seem like your review didn't seem to many like it was Wayyyyy to over excited and that a Man child wrote it. Look at your title. I will only go here was the title. C'mon stop. Use your brain before you make outlandish titles.

that wasn't the point dude, you do what you want, but either way this place is a total audit trail. So ok my review was too excited or whatever your problem with it is. Where's the loss, versus you pulling out information like that in a non private fashion? Think about the risk dude.

TopJimmy aint fooking around, private quote tags such as Eccie.net utilizes would solve the problem of a guy making mention of private details or asking dumb questions.

Was just asking for clarity on if what I thought I read in the OP was as draconian as it seemed to be. It's so hard to answer an earnest question with manners? Apparently for some---yes.

I can follow rules like anyone else, just seemed odd and out of the blue that after 8 months here in the wild west there finally IS a rule. The administrator (who knew we even had one?)---- who in my many months here hasn't said so much as boo on this board suddenly appears from under a rock and instead of being courteous and helpful replies in a smarmy, nasty tone.

TG maybe when you ask questions you expect a 'fuck off' in return but most people DON'T.

Stuff might be happening, bigger picture wise, I've noticed some weird things too(not just news, or here, out there). Just best practice for need to know basis and privacy. iPhones are built off the same policy. I don't think they're doing it out of some petulant immaturity or personality quirk, think there are legitimate reasons for this decision. There wouldn't be a ton for them to gain outside of privacy here, but there is I think enough substantial risk not to, just my opinion.

Many have been voicing to get more off of the public arena. TJ has been working on it behind the scenes for awhile.

He finally figured it out, this isn't the end, this I an ongoing process. Just be grateful that he is trying to make this the best possible.

He has been in contact with a few members here to help him. Like most parents of an infant (like this) he may be sensitive to some criticism.

Just bear with him whIle he proceeds.

I really do think they are doing this to protect people, don't fight them on this, it's like a a child that wants to poison. Stop being petulant, don't let your emotions/sensitive side into this, keep your ego out of it. Bigger picture.

Lmaooooo you are talking about sensitive!! People are just asking questions. I have yet to see anyone cry foul that private details cannot be discussed nor quoted smh.

You definitely have a strange way of viewing things.

I dunno dude you're bent on insulting me or my post for some reason, but there shouldn't be any really. So seems like some people do have their egos or what not in this, all i'm saying is, not worth the risk to do that. I don't care that you do that, but you're a liability from my perspective.
