you are saying the guys were tracked to their cars and stopped by police, means someone with no car cannot be arrested? or in other words, if someone visited there and was not arrested and did not come with a car, can they identify him and arrest him later - means not on spot and he might get a letter with charges? or all the guys were arrested on spot already?
Hopefully with so many cameras around nowadays things are different. In the past it wasn't unusual if LE didn't like your answers when they pulled you over, suddenly your tail light was kicked in and they beat the shit out of you claiming you resisted. Not all LE obviously, but some world class sociopaths gravitate toward this line of work. Stay safe out there everyone

All these incidents on alleged human trafficking really bothers me. I have been going to Amps for years, but since some of the girls I knew left to get married or actually applied for and got US citizenship I always felt this was not an issue in the spas I frequent.
My question is over the years some of these spas have been raided and closed down for a short time, then reopened with same name and girls. If they were involved in human trafficking wouldn't LE be able to determine that and close them down for good?

Yes, LE would be able to determine that and shut them down for good. But this is not about human trafficking or sex trafficking it is about low hanging fruit. It is easy to bust a spa.
Like the war on drugs the goal for LE is to get dope on the table and bodies in cages. The war on consensual prostitution is the same in you need bodies in cages and faces on the news and in the papers.
The men arrested, with the exception of the one Chinese man who was acting as a gofer for spa, will be OK. Patronizing a prostitute is a disorderly conduct misdemeanor offense that carries a fine up to $5000. It will not destroy them just embarrass them. The women have problems. They were charge with felonies for deriving income from prostitution. They basically worked together- essentially, they trafficked themselves. This is a loophole the police are using to get the maximum charges possible. Their bails range from $200,000 to $800,000. I guess the 8th Amendment doesn’t apply in Florida. All of the women entered the country legally and had freedom of movement. I want to believe that as evil as these police officers and the Department of Homeland Security were, they would not knowing allow women who were sex slave continue to be used for months as they video tape them and their clients. This went on for several months. They would have removed them from the situation as soon as possible. But they would not have the media event. All of this for a consensual act between consenting adults. This is a classic example as to why criminal penalties against prostitution must end. The women were not forced into this. The men did not have a gun to their head with the ultimatum of get a hand job or else.

Non of these ladies are being trafficked. They want to work and make money to send home to China. Thier children and parents often need thier support. Human Trafficking in AMP is a big lie. Its the latest movement in LE to get money from the feds. I think a group of former street walkers have grown up and regret their past life choices. Now they are looking for someone or something to blame. They see themselves as victims. They were critical in starting this movement. This is the new culture of victimhood.
Your post is filled with what you want things to be and to not feel at all like you have seen people that have been taken advantage of by pimps or bosses etc. Some of what you are saying is correct they send money back home.
However some of them I'm sure do owe money to the people that brought em here and those people may threaten them. The ones at the Manhattan amps I've been to they travel back and forth to China. seem relatively happy they are making good money. I've dropped some off I've take to a few. Went to the apartment of two amp girls. So yes some are free and make money. However I have no idea how most of them are. I haven't frequented spas anywhere other than Manhattan and 2 in Flushing.
On to streetwalkers. I feel some of them most certainly are victims. They may be on drugs and pimps make them see multiple Men. Pimps hurt them and make them see many Men. Let's not act like some of these Women who are sex workers aren't victims. Most? Don't think so. Some? Perhaps. But definitely a few at minimum.
