A little more info please? When did this start? What is being discussed?
I'm not going to get into every little detail as to what was posted (in fact, the post was removed for some reason..... that's actually more disturbing), but suffice it to say the neighborhood Karens are well aware of it and were discussing who to call to have something done about it. This is Philly and nothing moves fast, but just felt you guys deserved a heads up.

For starters, I for one am not going to ring their doorbell again. I'll just knock. Dumbest doorbell ever. It makes more noise outside the house than it does inside. No wonder the place can't stay UTR with that loud-ass bell going off every hour from noon to midnight.

What more detail do you need than the neighborhood Karens are discussing who to call and report it?
There are many possible details. Did the discussions start recently, or since the place started? Are they merely curious about what goes on there, or do they know?

They know. Of course can't prove, but it was plainly called "the whore house".

Post and a dozen comments yesterday, then deleted today. There were calls to notify local district, city council person, etc.

The Karens are definitely watching it

Well, crap. I suppose I'll go hat and sunglasses for one last visit and cross this one off my list.

Gotta figure that the folks running the business keep this sort of eventuality in mind, and are prepared to break and cover when necessary.

We had a shop in Delaware that opened in January, brought in a bi-weekly rotation of dynamite talent, even had a Valentine's Day special (no HF).
Unfortunately, although it was a semi-rural locale, it was across a 4-lane divided road from a high school (Karen attractor) and just down the street from a Dunkin Donuts (police attractor). Eventually there was a complaint, an "investigation", infiltration, and it was closed down in early May for being an unlicensed massage parlor.

Maybe the future of the business is pop-up spas that churn business for a few months using an established customer base, always ready to displace and disperse when the Man shows up.

Not a surprise at all. My one and only visit here consisted of me watching from the end of the block for 15 min as the upstairs apt. denziens muscle a big-screen tv out, and a parked car getting dinged from a monger ahead of me backing out from their driveway. There were all kinds of folks hanging out on stoops (it was 7:30PM /weeknight), and dog walkers were all over. I called from a block away and cancelled my appointment.

It is only a matter of time before this place makes the news.

Given what you described, I’m surprised it’s made it this far.

watching ... a parked car getting dinged from a monger ahead of me backing out from their driveway.
Just takes a couple boneheads like that to really draw attention, piss off the locals, and hasten the demise of this place.
I can't imagine how anyone would think that narrow driveway was a good choice, considering both maneuverability and visibility.

I called from a block away and cancelled my appointment.
Smart move!
This was a fun ride, but looks like it might be just about over.

That may be true. But with the exception of the monger who dinged the parked car and you on the corner casing the place, everything you described sounds normal for a summer evening. It's a residential neighborhood on a block full of working class apartment buildings. I've never visited but am very familiar with the area. My first thought when I learned the location was that they picked a decent spot to operate discreetly in plain sight. The key word being discreetly, which they must not be doing if they are already on social media radar. 2nd Dist has some high crime areas so this should be a low priority, but with Krasner who knows what the priorities are anymore

A house with frequent unknown male visitors in front of an audience of apartments on a residential block may need friendly neighborhood outreach to change the conversation.
Sponsor a block party? Asian cooking class? It’s not discrete, but since the neighbors already notice, at least it’s friendly.

Yes it’s a silly suggestion, but politicians do it.
