Be careful. They do NOT need to catch us in act if any customers and/or providers admitted the word. They can arrest you with charge or charges based on hearsay and the rest will be up to the DA and/or Judge. Of course you will need a good attorney. If prostitution is in place in a parlor and you were there regardless, you can be charged starting with patronizing prostitution. Sad to know about opiate crisis, and remember high profile individuals will not be elected by dead opiaters. They need voters so that they can show the voters they are doing their jobs to get elected in whatever rank. IF they caught you in the act, more charges will be added.

He doesn't have to prove shit, chances are, the cops, the INS, Homeland Security, any or all of them, appear as part of a nuisance warrant based on some type of complaint, if you're there at the most inopportune time, you are a willing participant, an educated consumer so to speak....no need for rolling video, or audio. What does the officer do?,...naked or otherwise, he arrests your ass and in doing so, takes your phone, your wallet, may have your car towed, seized in perpetration of a crime.
The issue is the report for the arrest,.... which more in more these days, includes the perp/s, meaning you, along with whomever else is/was there, for the purposes of a straight up massage, enjoyment or a worker at/for the facility, meaning the ladies, the manager/owner.
Then the video rolls, the articles written, posted for the general public viewing, newspapers, internet, may include your photo, most likely your name and the town you reside in. You'll make a court appearance, perhaps up to two years later. Your lawyer will plea it down to a misdemeanor, you'll pay a fairly step fine to the municipal court, probably around $1G. No telling what your attorney will charge,......but the initial report will remain on file as written even if the charges are expunged. Of course you can continue the process, fight it,....meter rolling.
If the case, upon trying to renew your license, if required for some businesses, those who need to be bonded, insured, who work for the government, the state, divisions or banking and insurance, real estate, etc.....you're shit outta luck. Your license will be revoked. I know of one person who paid Corzine $40K for a pardon as he was leaving office.

Pictures prove you were there at the spa. If they can identify you that is. Secondly people crack under interrogation, especially if they voluntarily visit the PD to "answer a few questions". Happens all the time. Folks will unwillingly implicate themselves during questioning. Detectives are good at what they do, and they'll ask the same questions phrased differently over and over until they catch you slipping or let you hang yourself with your response. Guilty or not never volunteer ANYTHING. Shut up and Lawyer up ASAP. You're either going to be used to give information to build a case against the spa or have charges levied against you.
Anything a man can do to minimize risk? Cant think of anything myself, of course, but i wonder..... are some establishments more vulnerable than others? I wonder if one time of day is statistically “safer” than another?

When I found myself in the middle of a police raid at an AMP, I avoided arrest, but the police made several threats to me that they would call my wife from the AMP to let her know I was okay or if I needed a ride home from her.
They were prepared to do so from my cell phone, which they seized from me.

....This is the true face of LE guys.... they don't give a Sh_t about anybody but themselves and their brothers in "crime"... they believe that they are above the law and we are all a bunch of "mooks" and they will screw you in a heartbeat...and laugh about it later....
So for all Mongers who are "Law and order" advocates , don't fool yourselves... They will throw you under the Bus given a chance..
Don't get me wrong, I have known and have met many good, Professional Cops...but the odds of meeting a good one on a Spa bust are not in your favor... if the worst happens, show them your ID, lawyer up and tell them you arrived via Uber... do not volunteer any information... play dumb and call for a ride...
Hopefully it will end there..but...not likely...
