Probably many of you know this, but since I'm GFE, I hadn't researched it. Discussing in pm the whole PSE/GFE thing, I discovered that all health insurance is required to cover for free PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) to prevent catching HIV as long as you take a pill every day. Of course you need a prescription now or eventually from your doctor who legally can't tell anyone. Normally you need to test clear of HIV, not be pregnant etc.
Also, if you don't have insurance one of the PrEP drugs, Truvada is now out of patent and in US you can get a month's supply for $30 at Walmart with GoodRX coupon. I imagine in Korea it's easily available. So, in theory all providers could be on PrEP without hurting bottom line (Truvada was like $2000 a month).
