Review: 118 ispa- almost got caught up

It was two white dudes in grey polos and khakias with badges on their chest and no guns. Said they were fire dept and i did hear them ask joyce about sprinkler and about the door leading to back while i was getting dressed. didn't see any official red fd vehicles outside but i was just glad to get off that block. definitely more inspection than bust, maybe sending message? esp its only phase 2. i think he asked those questions to try to get documentation for bringing in pd next time

Store front Parlors are definitely not the place to be right now. They technically shouldn't be open yet plus all the noisy people are probably reporting shit.

I don't think OP is lying but he should give us more details. How many people? What uniform are they wearing? Vehicles? Too many things don't add up.

He might be just too nervous at the time to keep track of all the details. I would be scared shitless and probably won’t remember what was said and what I saw. Just run forest run!

Yeah ... I had a session with Joyce this afternoon too.
The door is now locked, but call them and they will open for you. She mentioned to me that she was eager to be July 6 and that everything is back to "normal".

I am sure that the building department did post a vacate order. I seen the notices on many of the older buildings on the LES
But Joyce over the years have been closed down.a few times and she has always returned to business.
My only caveat is that her daughter is now a CPA so perhaps she may think about time to retire and take care of the future grandchildren.
But if she does not want to retire, she will open up again maybe where she was before on Broom.
If the building department out a vacate order there must be a serious structural issue or gas or electrical problem with the building.

boxers and socks would have been the first thing I put on lol.... the other dude with the badge asked how long you were there and how much? That's no fireman. and firemen do not cover vice... those were cops.... firemen don't flash badges they wear them.

I think she is moving to another spa on Grand Street as she just send me the new location. So she is still around, but I don’t know if it is open.
