The only thing I'll add about this is remember that they will move the ladies into another area. And they will pressure the lady you were with to confess to taking money. They will tell her, don't worry, we don't want you, it's the guy we want to arrest. So just tell us everything and you have nothing to worry about.

Even the cops that night at the AMP told me that all they needed was the lady to say something and I was toast. So this is what you have to consider: not what you don't say, but what the lady will say. And they will pressure her big time.

It’s rare for the girl to say anything cause their amp network already lets all the girls know the standard responses and actions to take when dealing with raids. They know that they can’t cant admit anything cause it messed them over. The only person that’s worried is really the owner cause they might give up the owners name or pull the human trafficking card against the owner. But usually they just stay quiet cause if they pull that card they’re never going to get work anywhere again. Word gets around fast.

Let's face it Busting a spa is easy work and the lawyers and many other people make money, but going into the projects looking for drug dealers is dangerous business.....and most cops , especially those near pension, don't wish to get shot and lose all that pension and benefits!
That's part of the job. Then don't do that job!

Yeah. And as far as I know, from some of the comments the cops made while I was waiting in my briefs at the AMP, my masseuse went into a "I don't understand English" mode. So she was not saying a thing.

The other thing about a full blown raid: it happens very fast and the police will secure the entire place at lightning pace. From the time I heard them pounding on the exterior door to the time that they burst into the massage room -- only about 45 seconds lapsed. Get your briefs on is all I can say.

Pounding on the exterior door means it was locked and may take 30-45 seconds to barge in and raid the place. Imagine exterior door unlocked. May be 10 seconds and no time to ......

Never break down and confess anything. Simply deny and provide minimal details. They’ll honestly respect you more if you just hold your line. This is how cops think. If you narc or confess then they will just think you’re a punk and will laugh about it later and share the story with their other cop friends.

If they get very aggressive, then you simply say “my apologies officer but I feel uncomfortable in this situation. I think that seeking an attorney is probably in my best interest.” Do you want to pull this card and usually it’ll never get to this point.

At worst you’re held for a few hours but they can’t do anything unless your dick is in the woman.
Hey Kino:

I don't know where you come up with this stuff, but if you follow what Lefty's offered, you'll be properly informed.
So, I'll play along and perhaps wrongly assume: you've got nothing to lose, you're not married, your job won't be affected by a documented police report or court proceeding, that will show up on any internet search.

Everything depends on why anyone shows up in the first place, perhaps the difference between being shut down and busted.
If a code violation, a municipal inspector, at times, the fire marshal will show up. Their arrival prompted by dates/usage on the municipal business filing/code enforcement for the municipality. If they see something suspect while on the premises, they will put the place on notice with the men in blue. However long it takes after the notice is an unknown, the urgency based on what was seen during the intro visit.

This is very different then exercising, as one example, a nuisance complaint, or any complaint. The complaint has everything to do with who shows up. The basic's could simply involve the municipal cops showing up.

If a neighbor suggested the girls may be living at the facility, it will most likely be the cops and at the very least, the INS, maybe even Homeland Security. The category known as harboring or human trafficking.

While they're at it, if money is witnessed, those proceeds found in the context of possibly breaking the law, the fed's will get involved, commonly known as money laundering for the potential, purpose, of evading paying taxes.

If you're on the premises, and can't explain or prove, for purposes other then a massage,.....respecting you, how you do it, how you say whatever you say, is bullshit. You're toast. Simply put. If you're a victim of bad juj-ju, on the premises while the complaint/warrant is excercised, you're considered a willing, informed participant and chances are, you will be playing the attorney card, very soon.

If some Joe cop was/is or had been solicited, offered a handy for exchange of money, when they return with the complaint/warrant, dupe the girl into doing the same thing/act again, they will excercise the paperwork,....and don't even suggest they were set-up, the warrant predicted, supplied through the information, history of event/s by a duly appointed representative of the law. If you're there to clean the windows and can prove it, great,.... but you are having a sesssion with someone and the shit goes down,... continue,... it won't matter if your dicks in her mouth, puss or your own hand.

(>:At worst you’re held for a few hours but they can’t do anything unless your dick is in the woman.:<).....obviously, you've never bee taken down. Remain thankful.

They swept in very fast. Honestly, I did not even have time to make a grab for my pants. And they know what they are doing. Keeping a person seated in their underwear is a way of intimidation. I get it and that's life.

The most important thing for all of us is to remember that AMPs are fixed targets. And if the locals are even breathing a negative word about the place, then avoid. After my close call, I learned that the place I was at had some local news articles about it. Comments by local officials were very negative.

And they directed their guys to swoop in. I later heard that they were doing continuous raids on the place until it closed. They must have had some type of open ended warrant.

lol. Okay keyboard hero. I’ve already provided my advice. It comes from a viewpoint that matters. I have no interest in saying more. It’s the internet. People can take what they will from the situation. I honestly don’t care what you do with it. But, you can take your hostility and move on. I will simply ignore you.

The goal of a raid is usually to collect cash, make a bust/statistics and close the shop. Invariably, it’s in response to a complaint or part of a bigger operation that their focused on the owners. Keep your wits about you and appreciate the fact that you can take the fifth and you’ll likely walk away. They won’t find you worth the paperwork.

The most important thing we can do as a community here is to be alert to issues that affect the status of an AMP, such as a raid or a licensing visit, and let others here know about it. Post a link, that's all.

If I had known that the place I was at was on the radar, I would have immediately stopped going there. This will save any of us the trauma associated with a raid. And take my word, they wanted to call my wife to let her know I was at the AMP. If they don't fuck with you for an arrest, they'll try other ways.

Peace and Happy New Year To All.

Last summer I was in my home town for business. While I was there, I visited a spa. A couple of weeks later I read in an online newspaper that this spa was raided. It was up and running again in a couple of weeks after the raid. I went home for Christmas and this spa was still up and running. The reason the police spokesman gave for the raid over the summer was an ongoing human trafficking / sex trafficking investigation. After that I saw nothing on this. My question is has anyone every found legitimate sex trafficking in a Spa? I have never heard or read of it.

Ever notice how some towns , like Passaic, have about 18 SPAS , while towns like Wayne or Ridgewood they are as rare as hens teeth. If the law cracked down and closed all 18 SPAS in Passaic there would be a financial crisis in town , the buildings would be vacant depriving landlords of rent money and further adding to the huge number of already vacant store fronts.
Cops would be laid off and the town would sink further into decay. The administration and the cops in town all know what's going on , but it's always about money and jobs ........ and they all realize .......NEVER bite the hands that feed you.
Passaic does raid massage parlors but when you have 14 year old committing armed robberies it’s not a high priority to them!

I agree that most of the asian girls from China come here willingly to make thousands. When their choice is to come here make huge money ........or work at some shoe factory long hours for $30 per month and probably get raped by some horny boss the choice is obvious.
Human Trafficking is by used by politicians to garner votes , while many of them go to the same spas we do!

Anyone willingly risk going to a place that has re-opened after a raid?

I miss good-ole Ace in Eatontown, and Ive heard it has re-opened, but there is just no way i could go back and relax there at this point. Would assume its just a matter of time

I do not recommend going back to a spa that has either been raided or subjected to Licensing & Inspection visits.

It means that the town does not want the AMP and they will continue their efforts to force it out of town.

You save yourself potential issues with either police or inspector visits.

Once went to a spa in North Arlington in a store front along the main drag. There was no attempt to hide anything , the young Korean lady answering the door had a very flimsy outfit on and was a knockout and very Busty! One look at her , and I was like an old stud horse ..........ready to go. They also had a sauna there , but that was a huge waste of time. I went several times ,but the place was eventually closed by the Fire Marshall..........unbelievable ! Gezzzzz nothing else better to do!

To me life is a gamble , and one must take risks , whether in social or business situations. Yes you can live a safe life by sitting in a chair on your back porch , personally I would rather be sitting on the edge of a massage table with a hot young asian girl on my lap!
