Possible, except for two things.
1. Whoring is such easy money that they might get tired of doing an actual job during they day. It may leave them with too little energy for their side job. Before too long, the tail might start wagging the dog.
2. If they ever get found out, that will be the end of their professional career. Even if she did not get fired, rumors might fly; and women are very, very sensitive to rumors. All it would really take is for the woman to inadvertently let someone who knows her see her private pics.
No on many counts.
No, it is not easy money. Those who make big dollars generally put far more time and energy into it than guys want to acknowledge.
Sessions with a few of their regulars might be both physically and mentally enjoyable, but that is not all by any means. Most who become doctors, lawyers, engineers, geophysicists, etc. are unlikely to find sex work more mentally satisfying.
Most I have talked with do it for one reason: one paid date a week brings in more $ than flipping burgers 20 hours, or being a barista. It let's them keep loan totals down and not eat too badly into their study time. A SA guy who turns into a pseudo SD (or a real one) is the jackpot.
Those who keep it up after graduation--at least the smart ones--have no scandalous photos, don't have written ads that can be traced to them, and are as discrete as a millionaire worried about a messy divorce.
For many, it doubles as their sex life because their career does not allow real dating/boyfriend at that moment. If coworkers find out she's fucking a guy, she brushes it off as a BF. It often is the closest she might have to a BF until she feels comfortable enough in her career to afford the time to have areal one.
